One-Pan Egg Toast

Ingredients

 

12 pcs

Eggs

1 sachet

MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g

4 tbsp

Butter

8 pcs

White Bread

4 tbsp

Grated Melting Cheese

4 tbsp

Mayonnaise

 

Instructions

Step 1

Beat 3pcs of eggs with ¾ tsp of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®.

Step 2

Melt ½ tbsp of butter in a nonstick pan, swirl and pour beaten eggs. Place 2 pcs of white bread and cook over low heat for 1min.

Step 3

Flip the egg to cook the other side. Fold the sides of the egg to fit inside the bread. Grate 1tbsp of cheese on one side of the egg and spread 1 tbsp of the mayonnaise on the other side.

Step 4

Fold the bread to form the sandwich. Add another ½ tbsp of butter to toast the bread until golden brown.

Step 5

Remove from the pan and set aside for 1min before slicing and serving. Repeat until 6 sandwiches are assembled and served.
