Ingredients

Chicken Leg
2.5 sachets

MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g

4 tbsp

Vegetable Oil
1 head

Garlic
1 pc

Onion
1 pc

Potato
1 pc

Carrot
1 pc

Red Bell Pepper
1 pc

Green Bell Pepper
1 tbsp

Curry Powder
0.5 tsp

Ground Pepper
1 pc

Bay Leaf
2cups

Water
1 package

Nestlé® All Purpose Cream

 

Instructions

Step 1

Season chicken with 2 sachets of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.

Step 2

Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot, and chicken in oil.

Step 3

Add bell peppers, curry powder, pepper, and bay leaf. Pour water and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
