Creamy Chicken Curry

 

Ingredients

 

3 tablespoons

Cooking oil for frying

1 tablespoon

Garlic, minced

1/4 cup

Onion, sliced

1 tablespoon

Ginger

1 kilogram

Chicken halves

1/2cup

Water

1 tablespoon

Patis

1 sachet

MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g

1cup

Medium Potatoes, cubed

1/2cup

Small Green Bell pepper, chopped

1/2cup

Red Bell Pepper

1cup

NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250 ML

1/2teaspoons

Curry Powder

1 to taste

Salt

1 to taste

Freshly Ground Black pepper

1 to taste

Siling Labuyo, chopped

 

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil, sauté garlic, onions and ginger until limp. Add chicken and cook until it changes color.

Step 2

Add water and bring to a boil. Season with patis and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®

Step 3

Add the rest of the ingredients and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and continue simmering until chicken is completely cooked and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.

Step 4

Season to taste.
