Creamy Chicken Curry
Ingredients

Garlic, minced |

Onion, sliced |

Ginger |
| 1 kilogram |
Chicken halves |
| 1/2cup |
Water |
| 1 tablespoon |
Patis |
| 1 sachet | |
| 1cup |
Medium Potatoes, cubed |
| 1/2cup |
Small Green Bell pepper, chopped |
| 1/2cup |
Red Bell Pepper |
| 1cup | |
| 1/2teaspoons |
Curry Powder |
| 1 to taste |
Salt |
| 1 to taste |
Freshly Ground Black pepper |
| 1 to taste |
Siling Labuyo, chopped |
Instructions
Step 1Heat oil, sauté garlic, onions and ginger until limp. Add chicken and cook until it changes color. |
Step 2Add water and bring to a boil. Season with patis and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
Step 3Add the rest of the ingredients and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and continue simmering until chicken is completely cooked and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. |
Step 4Season to taste. |
