Step 1

Simmer chicken in water until cooked. Strain and shred chicken.

Step 2

Combine shredded chicken with mayonnaise, pickle relish and onion. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 3

Toast bread until light golden brown. Assemble sandwich of lettuce, tomatoes and chicken salad. Transfer on serving plate and serve.
