Boneless Chicken Thigh

MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g

0.5 cup

All Purpose Flour

1 cup

Vegetable Oil

Large Red Onion, Thinly Sliced Into Rings



Step 1

Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Coat well with flour and set aside for 5mins.

Step 2

Toss the chicken again in flour and fry in preheated oil over medium high heat for 10mins or until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil.

Step 3

Mix mayonnaise, garlic and pepper. Spread mayonnaise mixture on toasted buns. Assemble lettuce, tomato, onion and freshly cooked fried chicken. Serve immediately.
