Magical Chicken Afritada

Ingredients 

 

 3tbsp

Vegetable Oil
1pc

Potato
1pc

Carrots
0.5kg Chicken
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
4cloves  Garlic
1pc Onion
1pc

Red Bell Pepper
1pc Green Bell Pepper
1pc Bay Leaf
1cup Tomato Sauce
1.5cups 		Water
0.25tsp
Ground Pepper
1tbsp
Brown Sugar

 

Instructions

Step 1

Saute potato and carrot in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Remove and set  aside

Step 2

Season Chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI Magic Sarap. Saute chicken in oil, Remove and set aside.

Step 3

Saute garlic,onion and bell peppers. Pour tomato sauce and water. add chicken, potato, carrot and
bayleaf. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI Magic Sarap, pepper and sugar. Transfer on a serving plate
and serve.
