Oystar Kangkong with Tofu

| 0.25 kg |
Firm Tofu |
| 6 cloves |
Garlic |
| 1 pc |
Onion |
| 1 tsp |
Ginger |
| 0.25 cup |
MAGGI® Oyster Sauce |
| 0.5 cup |
Water |
| 0.5 kg |
Kangkong |
Instructions
Step 1Fry tofu in preheated oil until golden brown. Strain and set aside. |
Step 2Remove oil from the pan leaving 2 tbsp. Add garlic, onion and ginger in the same pan. Pour MAGGI® Oyster Sauce and water. Bring to simmer. |
Step 3Cut fried tofu into cubes. Add to simmering sauce. Stir in kangkong and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. |
