1 kilogram

Pork Cheek

2 tablespoons

Vegetable Oil

4 cloves

Garlic, crushed

2 pieces

Red Onion, sliced into rounds

2 pieces

Red And Green Chili

1 sachet

MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g

1/4 cup

MAGGI® Savor Classic

3 tablespoons

Calamansi Juice

1/4 teaspoon

Freshly Ground Black pepper

1 package

NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250 ML

1 tablespoon

Sliced Spring Onion



Step 1

Simmer pork in water until tender. Remove and set aside to cool completely. (2h)

Step 2

Slice 1-inch thick. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® . Coat lightly with oil and grill until crunchy. Set aside to cool. Slice into bite-size pieces. (20mins)

Step 3

Combine grilled pork with garlic, onion, chili, MAGGI Savor, MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , calamansi juice, pepper and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Gently mix and transfer on a serving plate. Top with spring onion and serve. (10mins)
